 he selection committee represents a high-profile, talented, and geographically diverse group of outstanding journalists, commentators, announcers,
and former receivers. These selectors are among the most knowledgeable persons in America regarding college football and, specifically, college
receivers. The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation is grateful for their devotion to the task of choosing the nation's outstanding college receiver.
All ballots are tallied by an independent accounting firm to ensure an accurate and fair determination of the finalists and winners. Betts, Rogers,
Schenk and Jones, CPA, a distinguished accounting firm, receives and counts the ballots from the selection committee.
