  The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, Inc., the creator and sponsor of the Biletnikoff Award. It is presented annually to the nation's outstanding college football receiver. 
    
 
The 2011 Biletnikoff Award Voting Criteria

 
 
1. Must be an active collegiate receiver (any player who receives a thrown pass) at an NCAA Division lA college or university.

2. Must not have been declared to be ineligible to participate in Division lA football by the NCAA at the time of any vote of the Biletnikoff Award's National Selection Committee.

3. Must not have been declared to be ineligible to participate in Division lA football by the candidate's college or university at the time of any vote of the Biletnikoff Award's National Selection Committee.

4. All Voters for the Biletnikoff Award consist of Sports Writers who cover College Football on a National, Regional, or Conference Level, Past Award Winners of the Biletnikoff Award, and distinguished receivers of the past. No board members are eligible to vote for the Biletnikoff Award.



In addition, other mitigating factors (such as the ones identified below) may be considered by voters during the selection process.

All voting will be submitted electronically via an online ballot voting system.

1. You may choose to vote from the stats list and/ or write in anyone else you choose to vote through the vote for the Final Three.

2. The quality of the candidate’s opponents teams.

3. The leadership, self-discipline and desire displayed by the candidate both on and off the field.
